1st Haircut - August 29

I LOVE THIS PICTURE.

This is William:

Bright eyed and dimpled.

Happy, fun, mischeivous; yet somewhat reserved and shy.

Determined and stubborn; yet gentle and sweet.

My baby boy, the carbon copy of his daddy.

I can see it all in this picture.

I Love It!

This first picture is taken right before he gets in the chair to get his hair cut.

This is the picture as the stylist begins to cut his hair.

We tried everything to keep him happy.

For instance, if you look closely you may see the monster truck he is holding,

maybe a little cookie dribbling out of his mouth, and bubbles floating in the air.

What isn't pictured is the television screen blaring a cartoon video to his left.

Maybe there was a little too much stimulation, huh?

I have never before seen such a perfect frown. :(

This is what finally consoled our son

-at the end of his hair cut, I might add-

a spray of water in the mouth. He loves spray bottles.

This is William happy after his haircut. He got a bottle of bubbles for his troubles.

MMMn, lids feel so good on the teeth.
